Returns: Non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery to the All Things Le’Dawn Store. We ask that any items be returned with their original packaging with all original packing slips. You will be required to pay shipping to send the item(s) back. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), you will receive a refund in the original amount that you paid (including original shipping & taxes incurred at time of purchase) and, at our discretion, shipping costs incurred to return the item(s). We assess returns on a case-by-case basis. If it is found that the item was damaged after customer receipt, you will not be entitled to any refund. We will process refunds for: any item(s) sent in error to the customer, any item(s) damaged prior to shipping, any item(s) that are proven to have not made it to the customer-provided address. The All Things Le'Dawn Store reserves the right to limit returns in excessive amounts per customer.

Exchanges: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may exchange it. Non-perishable items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery to the All Things Le’Dawn Store. Upon receipt of the item(s), you will be notified via email (and/or physical mail if desired). You will be required to pay the price difference if exchanging for an item of higher value. Any exchange(s) for an item of lesser value will require a refund to the customer. The customer will not be responsible for paying new shipping costs for replacement item(s).
